Michael Day - Past President, Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association. Michael spent 18 years as a lending banker before deciding to switch careers and opened Regal Realty with Sandra Simmons in 2004. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge about banking lending practices which is complementary to his real estate endeavours. Originally from England, he has lived in the Cayman Islands since 1980 and has an in-depth knowledge of the local property market as well as many contacts within the broader business community. He has served on the CIREBA Board of Directors for 17 years and is currently engaged by the Association as their training officer. He is respected by his peers and is a "sharer" of knowledge, and one who believes in enhancing the collective strength of CIREBA's members – whether employed by Regal Realty or a competitor.
