Sandra or “Sandi”, has been working in the Real Estate/Property Management business for almost 30 years, and grew up with Real Estate in her blood. After returning home to Cayman from university in Canada 1993, she joined her father, Property Developer/ Businessman Daniel “Mike” Simmons (a pioneer in real estate development in Cayman in the late 1960s) in his company Simmons Enterprises. Armed with a wealth of real estate/property management experience she then started Regal Realty with co-founder Michael Day in 2004.
Sandi is Regal’s Anti Money Laundering/Money Laundering Reporting Officer and has had extensive training in this area. She has keen firsthand knowledge of the local real estate market whether it is buying, selling or developing property and enjoys guiding others through the process.
